Hyatt Regency O’Hare Welcomes FurFest 2015!

Welcome back Midwest FurFest attendees! We’re glad you’re with us once again! We hope you enjoy your stay and have lots of furry fun this weekend!

Before the fun begins, here are some important notes for your stay:

FREE PARKING:

With over 4,400 FurFest attendees and 900+ hotel parking spots, parking will sell out.
Only registered overnight guests will be allowed to park; and parking will be on a first come, first served basis (even Hyatt employees will be relocated to provide as many spots as possible to FurFest attendees).
Feel free to email us at chiro.wecare@hyatt.com with the first and last name of any guests staying with you so that we can allow them overnight parking if available.
We highly recommend carpooling and public transportation, as parking is limited and not guaranteed with a guest room.
Once parking is sold out, we will direct you to nearby parking alternatives, including the Village of Rosemont’s Williams Street parking garage for $13.
The hotel is also located within blocks of the Chicago CTA Blue Line Rosemont stop, more details can be found here .

FREE WIFI:

We offer complimentary wireless internet in both our guestrooms & public areas. Hyatt Public Network is available throughout the lobby, restaurant, bar, coffee shop & public areas of the hotel.

WIN A FREE ROOM:

Five rooms will win prizes for leaving their rooms the cleanest, if checking out on Monday, December 7, 2015. Winners will be contacted directly, and the room numbers will be shared on the Hyatt Regency O’Hare’s Facebook page and Twitter account! For your own safety and security, we will not post the names of the winning guests.
To participate: remove dirty linen from the bed and place neatly by the door, dirty towels should be placed neatly by the door, use trash bags provided to gather all trash.

GUEST ROOMS:

Requests for rooms with two full-sized beds are subject to availability, and reservations with this request will be honored first.
Rollaways will be available at a discounted price of $10/stay for rooms with one full-sized bed only, also at a first come, first serve basis.
Guest room keys (maximum of four keys per room), for your own safety and security, will only be issued to registered guests with a picture ID.
To call another room, dial (7 + Room Number) if it is a three digit room number, or simply dial the room number if it is a four digit room number.
Every item in the minibar is on a sensor. Removal of any item will result in an automatic charge to your guest room bill. If you require a refrigerator, they are available at the cost of $25 per stay.
Dial ’56’ to request one; also on a first come, first serve basis.
